Meet Char Broughton
I am the face behind Catching Fireflies Sleep Solutions and the creator of Char's Sleep Mastery programs. I am a very proud mom of two busy beautiful babies. Prior to my adventure in helping families master their children's sleep, I was a dental assistant. Interestingly enough my prior education has been a great addition to my passion for helping babies achieve optimal sleep patterns. Because teething comes up often with sleep struggles. But even a teething baby can sleep all night!

Char’s Sleep Mastery programs are online and have been designed as a DIY but to give you the guidance and support that you will need as you teach your child to sleep. The programs start at newborn and go up to school aged children. Char created the programs to give you that hand holding feel so that you feel confident about YOUR child’s sleep. Plus, you can add on support, should you need! Anything from a 30 minute advice call to 2 weeks of daily support. You do not need to do this alone.
