Meet Char Broughton
I'm Char Broughton, a mom of a 4 year old girl and a 2 year old boy. Two very wonderful sleepers. But it wasn't always that way.
Before I became a sleep consultant, I was a Registered Dental Assistant. We had our first child and she would not sleep anywhere but in my arms or nursing.
I don’t know how many books I purchased exactly or how many times I was sitting there while nursing, researching everything I could about infant sleep. I just was at a loss of how to get her to fall asleep and stay asleep for more than 1 hour during the night. I wasn't functioning well and was at my breaking point.
A friend tagged me in a sleep consultant's Q&A and after I asked a question each week for 3 weeks, she asked me to message her if I would like to talk more. We talked and I hired her right then and there. I needed help and someone to tell me exactly what to do. But I completely knew what to do from all my reading and research. I just needed a plan and I needed her to be there for me to guide me through. My daughter needed to sleep and was clearly ready to do so. In just 3 nights, she slept through the night.
Now, I like to take some time to myself on these quiet evenings to go for a walk out on our prairie farm or just spend time with my husband. I get to drink my coffee hot and our whole family is well rested.
You don't have to suffer. You don't have to wait.
The secret to great sleep is simple. A plan, consistency and support. You can continue on with how things are going right now or you can choose to make a change for the health and happiness of your family through Char's Sleep Mastery programs or in home support.
